Too big a dose for small goats. Ok in a lower dose. Used for parasites.

Q: Can these be split in half?

Yes you can split them up you just have to use a different delivery method. Mixing in peanut butter for example and / or using a empty dewormer dosing syringe. A little messy but life is farm or it is not.
