This is a great product. It has improved my inflammation in many areas. I first took it to prevent trigger finger. I have had no issues with that since taking this.

Great supplement for the joints. Easy to take with water. My joints feel great with his and added excersize and stretches.

The capsules were easy to swallow. The pills can stain hands but that’s common with any curcumin. Good value. Helped with inflammation. I wanted a higher dosage of curcumin than this product. I did like the added boswellea. I didn’t think that it was as effective as other curcumin I’ve used. I only used this for a month and went back to my normal curcumin supplement distributions by Healthy Directions.

Great product

After one week of taking this supplement, my knees and hips stopped hurting! Highly recommend to try it, not every human is the same but this works for me!
