Casper Sleep Backrest Pillow, One Size, Gray

I had a lot of back pain in my shoulders when using my regular couch cushion. I had tried adding more stuffing but nothing would fix it. I got this pillow and it has been a game changer! It is super supportive and extra comfortable. The foam inside manages to support my back while providing a plush place to lean back on. I needed up just using this instead of my couch cushion because it just works so well. The size is just right form me and my sofa!

I bought this as a gift for two different people and got consistently rave reviews about its comfort and usefulness. They were people recovering from surgeries that had to sleep sitting up for a while or otherwise be essentially immobilized at home for a while.

This pillow may seem a little expensive, but it's really not. I've bought many pillows ranging from $25 to $50 that wore out in a few years and lost their fluff or sturdiness in even less time.When I saw this pillow, I recognized it from pillows I'd seen in homes I visited. I knew it was good quality before it arrived. I was right. This is the kind of pillow that is made to last a lifetime and even pass down to someone else.I have a bad back and need lower back support. This pillow gives me full support without adding anything extra under the small of my back. People with a bad back know exactly what I'm talking about. I spend a lot of time sitting up in bed and this pillow is perfect. Plus, it has a zippered cover that can be removed and washed.It came to me new, clean and no bad chemical smells.I will never regret buying this pillow. I was able to buy it on a payment plan through Amazon which made the decision to purchase an easy one.

I just bought second one for my husband. This pillow is so comfy to lay against. Not to sleep on, but to lay against its absolutely amazing. And big enough to share with my 5 year old:) I love that you can wash the cover. The only think keeping me from giving this 5 stars is the color. It’s ugly and there are no other options.

I simply love, love, love this pillow! It is huge. I suffer from back pain most of my life and it is very difficult to find a pillow that is comfortable and provides superb support. The pillow is heavy and it is exactly what I need. It is worth the price. I am going to order another one just to have as a backup and because I love it so much. I can sit on the couch and watch TV in comfort something I have not been able to do for a long time. The cover is removable so you can wash it as needed. You will not be disappointed. I am not using it as a sleeping pillow so I don't know if it's comfortable or not.

I pulled some muscles in my back and bro I'm e a vertebrae so wanted a wedge that was soft but firm. This is perfect for my needs

OFFICIAL second review 🎊🎉I do feel this pillow should be a little less money. In my opinion if it was about 50$ less at that price point I feel it be a bit better .So I ordered this pillow being the second review, I take it’s either new or you too are hesitant because of the price . (There was one non descriptive review)I decided to try it because I am pregnant and was desperate to find a pillow to help keep me at more of a angle especially when I sleep. The typical “body like pillows “ were to soft and gave me a hard time to lay on as I would slide off or sink in . I needed something for firm but not hard to help keep me up and not hurt my back . I get a lot of back pains to being pregnant.The pillow came exactly as pictured visually,the size is nice and big firm yet soft . I think I’m going to keep it because it basically does so far what need it to do . It’s comparable to a memory foam pillow but a tad bit less firm and as can maintain its shape and not go flat (so far) . It feel like it’s shock absorbent which really helps my back .I use it to lay no matter the location and even to bed in conjunction with my memory foam pillow . Sometimes you have to spend more to get what your looking for because that boppy pillow just wasn’t it for me .One think I realized is it cannot fit a pillow case and they don’t sell there own for this pillow so you can change it . So when washing I have to remove the only and only case and put it back on . ( it’s very thin with a thin zipper ) I fear if it ever gets messed up in wash or a accident happens I’ll have a pillow inner shell that I couldn’t use .The pillow inner part or “shell” with the stuffing in it has a smell too . It’s pretty strong and chemical combination with something else and I’m not sure what it was .When I first got the pillow it made me concerned because I thought it was mold I was smelling. 🤢 yeah I know I smells like mold or a old closet but upon inspection I didn’t see any signs of use or mold so for now it’s covered back up and covered again with a sheet to help me .Over all yes I guess I’d say if your desperate for relief I’d say get it some times you gotta just do it if you got it . For your body’s sake . I’m finally able to sleep longer .I can see this also being good for postpartum also , in terms of marking it easy to get out of bed and keeping you at a angle for “drainage “ as well as less stretching if you had a c section.Id also recommended if you can’t shell out for this pillow a wedge shaped pillow. That you can use too with another pillow of your choice on top.

Writing this review over a year after using this pillow daily for reading in bed. I have horrible neck issues and laying back on this pillow is an AHH moment for me at the end of the day. It continues to be both supportive and soft, I wish I could find a pillow for my recliner which would give me the same relief. Expensive yes, worth it big time!
