I purchased this pillow for a long flight to South America. It's excellent ergonomic design and portability exceeded my expectations by light years.But having undergone some facial procedures whilst there I also used it post procedures to avoid sleeping on my face as I am a side sleeper. It worked a treat. So much so that I've used it every single night for 4 months now, to train myself to sleep on my back and not only is it effective but surprisingly reduces my dodgy neck strain whilst watching telly in bed. Inflating and deflating is incredibly easy. I find that by not inflating it fully allows you to customise it's squishiness.I'd actually purchased 2 and the first one seemed to have a slow leak but the last one not at all. I had also previously purchased an awkward to travel with memory foam version from another retailer and this one leaves that one in the dirt when it comes to comfort not to mention how portable it is. I highly recommend this product you will not be disappointed.

this neckpillow even has side supports so better than the 'find them everywhere' standard versions - and at a cheap as chips price - has a much bigger valve too making it faster to inflate / deflate - brill

Product is well made, easy to blow up and deflate. Easily fits in small pouch. However, I personally didn't find it that comfortable and couldn't sleep on the plane with it and eventually discarded it.

We recently flew London to Sydney (21hours), then Hong Kong to London (14hours). So very pleased we had the pillows, no stiff neck, lovely and soft to rest head on. Easy to inflate (2 puffs) easy to deflate (squeeze) comfortable to wear. Made the journey much more pleasant.

This was bought as a gift, for someone travelling to Australia in November. I particularly liked the fact you can remove the cover to wash it and it feels very soft. Have rated the the "easy to inflate" or "comfort" as I have no idea about those features.It comes wit a carry bag, which is good, but would be better of it was slightly larger, as you have to try and fold the pillow back up and squeeze it in. I can imagine that people with end up not bothering with the carry bag, which is a shame, as it keeps everything together

Love this. It’s comfortable & have used over 10x since I bought it.Slightly bigger when packed down but other ones I’ve used in the past have lasted as long.

Very easy to inflate and deflate thanks to large nozzle. Two to three puffs and you're good to go.
