Appeared to be a new, old unused part
Overall it was in semi satisfactory condition. No bent areas. Outside paint was good. Also received the extra items as advertised. WHAT I didn't appreciate was that there were visible spots of rust around the inside of the pulley. Even a small section around the inside of the pulley. Due to time constraints and in need of getting a running mower going. I didn't have time to return. 4 out of 5, as likely kept in a damp warehouse contributing to really premature rust, even before being installed on a mower.

fit perfect
ordered a new trans pulley 95094ma because my old one completely rusted at the belt slot and broke off. someone in the past had welded my old pulley on and destroyed the snap ring groove . i drilled and tapped it 1/4-20 across from the woodruff key and installed it with a set screw. it fit perfect. it has worked flawlessly sense . great product.
