Great for cosplay!
Got them for my Radical Edward cosplay. They are really comfortable and will work great! I don't think I would recommend them as safety goggles. They have large open cents on the sides. They are very dark so they would maybe work for going outside at night or being out in the snow at night. The lenses don't really look like the picture. They are mirrored. They are green tinted when you look through them but just looked mirrored. They came with a nice soft draw string bag to store them. And they are definitely "fly" eye shaped. They are huge but are super fun. 😊

A great buy at a great bargain!
This is the best pair of oxy-acetylene goggles I have ever owned. Full field of view range with no fog-up. Even when using them outside in the 95F humid weather. The strap is wide, which requires to it to go over the tops of your ears for the goggles to fit against your face properly. As long as the strap isn't adjusted too tight, I didn't notice that after a short adjustment period. The lenses are BIG! They are well named as "The Fly", and have a large surface. They come with a soft bag for storage.I will definitely buy other pairs.

Used for Welding
I got these for acetylene welding since they are the 5 shade and they work really well. They're very comfortable, no digging into cheeks or nose. The large lenses give a wider range of view than a lot of the goggles that jut out farther and have opaque sides. More of a green tinge to the lenses which just took a little getting used to when setting the flame but no big deal. Due to the welding grade lenses I would think these would be too dark to wear out and about on a sunny day but maybe a migraine would change my mind.Only slight downsides: I did have a spark make its way into the side vents when I was using a grinder so they aren't a good sub for safety goggles when grinding or cutting. Also, the elastic band does take some adjusting since it aligns more with the ears instead of above them which meant fussing with where to put my ponytail which doesn't really earn me cool points when welding.

Got these for driving
I got the darker version of these goggles for driving but I'm finding they're too dark. So I looked further and found 4 versions. I like the fit of them so much I now have all four. These are going in my car to use for driving when I don't want to play with shifting sun but need to see better than the darker ones will allow. The lenses are a bit darker than standard sunglasses and have a mirrored finish. They aren't polarized. I don't think any of these Fly goggles are. But they definitely block that sneaky ray that peaks over the side edge of any other pair of sunglasses. Love that! And they fit comfortably over my glasses. Don't even feel them. You may not get that result, but they fit over my husband's glasses too. He said the corners tapped the lenses but the goggles looked like they seated on his face. They're safety goggles too, so I'll be using them for yard work and projects when I need to be outside in the sun. Great eyewear for the money.

Love these!
My these are dark! These may be too dark for anything but full sun and the lenses give everything a green cast. They fit comfortably over glasses. Mine came with foam on the inside. It's light foam that looks like it won't last. But it also shouldn't be hard to replace. The lenses don't come out intentionally. Don't want to ruin them trying to remove them either. My neighbors' kids were all a buzz about them when I drove up with them on. Guess I look a bit strange in them. I have a small face and these are huge. They do everything I want them to do though. They block the sun from all directions, they allow me to wear my corrective lenses under them with no discomfort at all, and they're fairly light. Being safety glasses as well is an added bonus. If you're looking for really dark sunglasses, going to spend the same money on sunglasses and you don't mind the wrap around strap, get these instead.

I am NOT a welder!
Great Quality Goggles. I admit I am NO Welder, but used these in a 'Mad Scientist' Halloween Costume. The Lenses were Shiny Silver on the outside, but gave the world a green tint when you put them on. The goggles themselves are HUGE, bigger than I expected but very comfortable to wear, and they don't fog up. I'd buy another pair if they had the same shape with different colors. I am sorry if you are a professional Welder looking for advice, but at least I was honest!

If You Want the Eyes of a Fly...
*As others have said, these things are HUGE so they are appropriately named because they do give the wearer the appearance of a fly.*They are also much darker than your average sunglasses, but they are supposed to be since they specify that they can be used for welding.*In the product picture the lenses look pretty green, but in reality the outside of the lens has a mirror-like finish.*They are not the highest quality, but they are comfortable to wear and should last if they aren't thrown around.*I purchased these with the intent of using them this coming Halloween. If a person wanted to they could probably adapt them into steam punk goggles.*All-in-all I think they are worth the price.

I would buy again and again!
I want to get my complaint out of the way first; the foam used as a seal between the face and goggles doesn't last very long. It crumbles apart and falls away. Fortunately, this doesn't affect the manner in which I use them. These goggles get comments everytime I wear them. People want to try them on. I've used them at Burning Man and Carnaval in Rio. They are perfect for those who have sensitive eyes because they are DARK! I would buy again and again. ArcOne contact me if you want a reseller in Brasil!
