Yes and at the EA Games web site there is a patch for Zero Hour to play on Windows 10-11 and multi-player online.

Q: Does this work on windows 8?

You'll have to set up DOSBOX manually for Red Alert 1 and C&C1. The Windows 95 compatibility is terrible, borderline unplayable.C&C2: Tiberian Sun will have crashing problems at first, playing in Compatibility Mode for Windows 98 and running as an Administrator fixes this.Red Alert 2 won't work until you launch Yuri's Revenge at least once, no idea why. 16:10/4:3 only.There's performance problems in Generals, you can fix it by playing in Compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3. 5:4/4:3 only.Red Alert 3 and Tiberium Wars work perfectly. Multiplayer is shut down, sadly, but you can use Gameranger to get around that. There's a 30 FPS lock but it's an RTS anyway.Avoid Twlight like the plague, it's awful in every way and plays more like a barebones MOBA than a C&C game.

To download the game on your computer you need to download origin (kinda like steam) and then create an account that you can link to the games by using the activation code. From then on, anybody with your origin account on their computer can download any games from your library.
