This honey is good, it adds some heat to your food without being too aggressive. I appreciate that I don't have to add a powder or seeds to add heat - it can come in a sweet package. Recommend.

Hot honey, not too hot👍🏻

This is the first time we tried any kind of spicy honey and didnt really expect much kick from and based on our expriences with Asian style sweet and spicy sauces which are mostly sweet with a hint of spicy 'flavor'.However Fischer's Hot Honey is delightfully different , when you consume it by itself .. you get two very distinct flavor profiles.. the first one is the natural honey taste and sweetness, then you get a nice aftertaste 'kick' of actual of spice (not just flavor). Its nice and hot but not too overwhleming.This honey makes a great dip, topping and tastes great just by iteself. Whether you've tried hot honey before or not , I highly recommend this one and I'm sure you'll love it as much as we did. 5 Stars

This is a big bottle of pure hot honey. It's just 2 ingredients: raw, unfiltered honey and pepper extract. It's a great balance of sweet and spicy and tastes almost exactly like the hot honey I've had at local restaurants. I have had other hot honeys that contain additional ingredients like vinegar and I much prefer the simple honey + hot pepper combination. The honey tastes like good quality, though it's a relatively mild honey and not especially distinct.If you're looking for hot honey for pizza or drizzling on prepared foods, this is a great choice. I imagine there are better hot honeys out there that have more natural pepper infusions (not just using pepper extract), but this works perfectly for my needs.

I love adding honey when baking salmon for a touch of sweetness, and I also enjoy spicy food. Using Fischer’s Spicy Honey on my salmon was a game changer! It had a perfect balance of sweetness and spice, leaving me craving more. I didn’t enjoy it on pizza, but I’d definitely use it again for my salmon recipe and in cocktails.

Theis hot honey is great to have on its own, or paired with any crackers. There is a hint of spice to it, but given the sweetness of the honey, the spiciness is not very noticeable.

This is as advertised -- it's honey that's spicy. But that's all the flavor is. There's no complexity to the spice, like you would get from peppers. It tastes just like regular honey with pure capsaicin added to it, and the flavors don't meld at all. It's two distinct flavors -- so, if I put this on pizza, it tastes like pizza with honey on it, and also some capsaicin, instead of pizza with spicy honey, if that makes sense. I'm pretty underwhelmed by it, and I'm not really sure how I'll use the whole bottle.
