It really helps. Nothing I have used has given me complete relief, but this helps me through the night and day. I have about 30 different pain relievers. This is one of the better one. Equate has a decent one at a very low price—less than $4. It has 10% menthol. The scent is not very strong. It’s easy to use.

I tried a more expensive product that is similar to this product with the exact same active ingredients. This one worked just as effective and one thing I like it is it's liquid roll on with our running all over and applying more than you need . That's what the more expensive one does . So found a great temporary pain relievereffectively without spending a lot of money. Win win!

Bought this for a senior family member and now they won't use anything else to include that brand that everyone uses. They did as well, but they are now using this every day and are very happy with it.

I really liked BUT I noticed it's sticky & has to be applied more the the other brand I usually use. So I will probably stick to it instead.

Product works well as far as warming effect. The only problem being it leaves a gooey residue on your skin. I haven’t had this problem with other menthol products. After the product has been on for three hours or so I use a cloth and alcohol to remove the residue.
