$26 dull & heavy head pills (not effective for sleep)
Have had problems falling asleep for the majority of my life. Found this and after reading several reviews, ordered in hopes it would help me with this issue. A 2 day delivery turned into 6, with several delays. When I finally did receive product, took as instructed when going to bed. After about 30-40 minutes, I began experiencing a dull and heavy in the back of my head. After 2.5 hours, I still was no closer to falling asleep.I was not groggy the next day, but instead had a headache since I had not slept at all - something this product in no way helped resolve.Prior to ordering, I reacted to the price tag of $26, which is a pretty high, especially for a product that does not work. I am now stuck with 119 pills and am out $26. Wish I could replace it for another product, e.g. Vitamin or anything else from the company instead of this complete loss.

I think it's working.
I have had insomnia since I hit menopause. It's a struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep for more than 2 hours at a time. The only thing I found to help was Benadryl, but I have to take 2-3 and feel like poo the next morning for a few hours. So I started to look for and try other things, like magnesium based drink mixes (delish, and probably nutrish, but not more than that for me), melatonin, melatonin and GABA, exercise (which I do anyway)... vitamins–anything I found that said it promotes restful sleep. These came up in the search results on Amazon, has zero fillers and also says it can help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I've taken it for about a week, missing just one day. If it wasn't for my apple watch, I probably wouldn't have thought it was working. Tracking my sleep over the week, I saw my core, REM and deep sleep have steadily improved, with deep sleep having the biggest improvement - from 31 minutes to 1hr 3m (last night).Melatonin is produced in the body (pineal gland) and different factors can affect that. Exposure to bright lights in the evening ( especially blue light from phones, TVs, and computers), or too little light during the day, can disrupt your body's production of melatonin.I'd recommend trying this to anyone who might be having issues with restful sleep.
