I had no idea these were a thing and I’m so happy that they are. I replaced my boring old brown mat with this rainbow one and immediately my house looks so much cheerier, even on dreary rainy days.So far it’s been a few weeks and the color hasn’t faded at all and it’s held up really well to daily use outside my front door.It came rolled up and I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to get it to flatten (one corner was being stubborn) but with some flexing it quickly settled down and has been perfect ever since.

We use and abuse this rug on a daily basis, and it’s stayed nice and put together better than the average current american. 10/10 would buy again.

Works as expected

I loved this mat, except for two things. One was that it would leach fibers all over the entryway to my apartment, so myself or one of my roommates would have to sweep up little straw fibers every day or two to keep the entryway clean. That doesn't bode well for long-term durability. Two is that this mat definitely attracts homophobia. Our mat got stolen within a month. We live in a pretty liberal city, on a very liberal college campus, in student housing, and it still got stolen. My roommates and I are just a bunch of queer people trying to express pride, but apparently that's a bad thing. The size of the mat wasn't wide enough for our door, but I blame that on our building's weird sized doors rather than the mat. Colors were significantly less vivid than the listing showed, likely due to the base color of the fibers being hay-beige rather than white.
