Q: what is the height of each of these shelves if you make it L shaped and the length?

This is a very versatile shelving unit. Because you can make it just about any configuration you want, the measurements are up to you. Same goes for the shelf height: totally adjustable. If you read and use the dimensions and specifications given in the description, you can calculate the length and height of your own desired setup. TIP: set it up in the locations where it is to be used; the unit needs careful handling to move once assembled.

I got the 15.5" depth and it's 13inches between from side

There is 13 1/2 wide, 10 1/2 up. Inside measurements.😸

Q: Are there casters to fit the keyhole type uprights?

This shelf, the way the thin metal is will not hold casters. It wouldn’t be as sturdy if it weren’t flat on the floor. I’m not sure if I answered your question.
