This salt tastes absolutely delicious. For years I never ate salt at all, until I read that actually we need salt, but not necessarily the vitamin-and-mineral-depleted sort you buy in the shops. You only need a tiny sprinkle of this Cornish Sea Salt.

Great stuff
This sea salt is great, i used it to clear my skin and its done wonders. The texture is corse but slightly damp as well, which is good as its a sign that the salt is not over processed

Cornish Sea Salt
Product was as described. salt is very good, much better for cooking with. Packaging not quite as good as its difficult to keep stored in the pack it comes in
