Received it today, it said to take 3 capsules, I only took two and forgot about it, within an hour I noticed a difference, clear headed and mood boost! I hope this is the case on a daily bases!

I used this Citicoline and over time did have some noticable but modest improvement in abaility to motivate - when I thought of something I needed to do, I was somewhat more likely to get up and do it once I was loaded with this.This is JUST MY EXPERIENCE: But I experienced substantial tendon inflammation in my wrists and ankles, I experimented with dosing and feel pretty sure about this. Now after the same time unloading as initial loading (about 3-4 weeks) I feel pretty normal again.I LIKED what it did for my brain but not the side effects.YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY

I think these have really helped my memory. I have been on these now for a couple of years & stopped using them for about 6 months & really noticed a difference, so I went back on them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with some memory problems.
