No help in getting numerous problems resolvedSeat back does not fit the chair frame.One of plastic covers is cracked10 chairs came in two boxes 5 each. One box was open at delivery.No help when I asked for instructions on assembly. No diagram or illustration included.NO ONE said if you have to return the item because it does not meet expectations I have to PAY the freight to New Jersey.You are stuck with $440 of junk
