I keep it in the fridge over night optimal cooling, but it’s cool enough even at room temperature to get the job done.While I haven’t used it for warming therapy and probably I will not. the cold therapy is exactly what I need. Plus, it helps relieve pressure and gives me peace of mind that my eyes will feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning.Overall, I highly recommend this Mask. It’s a simple yet incredibly effective way to combat puffiness, dark circles, I use it regularly, and it’s become a game changer in my nightly routine.

Amazing Product – Instant Relief!I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to for this. I suffer from severe migraines and headaches, and this product provides almost instant relief. It’s made such a difference in my day-to-day life. Highly recommend – 5 stars!

I’m pleased with the mask overall — it fits well and is comfortable. The only issue is that it doesn’t quite reach the base of my eyes (not the outer corner, but just under the eyes where it can get puffy). I need to press it with my finger to keep it in place there. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Not only does the Gel Cooling Mask make me look like Zoro, but it does a fantastic job at cooling down my nose, cheeks, eyes, forehead, in fact all the areas that need to be cooled down especially in this heat wave.Come in from work, shopping, a day out, attach the Cooling Mask to your face and 'oh boy' the stresses and heat dissipate leaving your face 'cool as a cucumber'

Edited my review as I put this eye mask in the microwave for 10 seconds and it popped!!! Didn’t realise until I put it on and felt it leaking down my face. Shame because it’s good for puffy eyes.I’d like a replacement so I can just use it cold but don’t know how to contact the seller.*****Like most ice packs it won’t stay cold forever but I got a good 20 minutes at least. I ditched my last one because it had no eye holes and was bulky on my face but this covers a wide range of area all around my eyes, cheeks and forehead and feels so comfortable.Visually you will look like something out of a horror movie but if you’re unwell with sinus problems and a headache this is amazing.Love it thanks

Great product , tried cheaper versions , but this one after being in the fridge worked wonders on my swollen eyes . I’ve been suffering with dry sore eyelids and under eye , this hit the area very effectively
