I would say that I'm a coffee snob and have tried a wide array of brands. This coffee knocked my socks off from the first sip! The flavor is so smooth! I use it in my keurig and also as a pour over. I look forward to having this coffee every morning!

Usually ordered another organic roast but it became impossible to get after the supply chain issues last year. Everything else we tried was either not to our taste or way too expensive. This brand came up after looking for several weeks off and on. This medium roast is delicious. I appreciate the earthy flavor, reminiscent of some African coffees and a Puerto Rican coffee, that I have tried before. I prefer a dark roast, yet am open to try some mediums, as they can be surprisingly flavorful. I brew it strong in a French press and I thought it was delicious. I would purchase again. For comparison to my tastes, Sumatran coffee is my favorite; I often use coffee brands such as Starbucks, Peet's, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Don Pablo Subtle Earth Organic Honduran,

This is GREAT coffee. It is more than I expected.The smell, look and taste are one of the greatest tasting coffee I have ever had.It's fresh, strong and smooth. You get coffee for your money.I thank you.

This coffee has weak aroma and is stale. I would have to use 50% more per scoop to equal the strength of my other coffee. In the end this coffee does it's job to keep me up, it's comparable to Amazon's Organic ground just slightly weaker and and more stale.

Low acidity when cold brewed for 16-20 hours. Taste is not overtly bitter. Value is fantastic when comparable to organic mycotoxin tested coffee at the same price point.
