Shredded wheat is healthy and tastes good.
I remember the big pieces as a kid that one had to crumble. I buy the mini-wheats, never with sugar. Shredded wheat is "da bomb" when topped with fruit and any kind of yogurt. Fresh fruit. Berries are best. Bananas (not too ripe) also fine. This make a perfect breakfast. It's very healthy and it tastes good with a variety of fruit. Can't ask for more than this.
