Excellent quality, hold cold well
I bought these because I have metatarsalgia in both feet. The area just below my toes is very painful and swollen, walking is torture. Treatment includes Tylenol, rest & icing the area. These foot ice packs work extremely well. They fit just snug enough to keep contact with the cold gel. They stay cold a good 30 mins (not sure exactly how long as I take them off before they become room temp). Note that while they have grippers on the bottom, they are not meant for walking. I definitely recommend these for anyone needing to ice (or heat) they’re feet!

Fantastic for bunionectomy recovery
These "ice slippers" are fantastic! I wish I would have discovered them earlier in my post-op period. They are so much easier to use than traditional ice packs. They stay very cold for almost an hour, which is longer than is typically recommended for an icing and elevating session. I'm using them post-bunionectomy, so the 360-degree coverage is great for the swelling all around my foot. Sometimes I increase the cold on top of my toes by wrapping a Velcro strap around the slipper to tighten it (see photo). I've noticed that the bottom stays colder longer than the top portion. I highly recommend this product!

Excellent coverage of both top and bottom of foot
I have Plantar Fasciitis and sciatica, as well as severe pain across the top of my foot (the metatarsal area). These special ice packs closely conform to the shape of my foot and concentrate the cold across the top, bottom, and sides of my foot as well as around my toes. And getting two pairs is really useful because I can use one while the other is in the freezer. The only defect that I can see is that the manufacturer did not think to add an “ICE-FILLED” strap that would go around the back of my foot to ice down my heel area and then attach via velcro to stay in place. That would have been really nice to have something to cover my heel because that’s the worst area for my plantar fasciitis. But otherwise this is almost a perfect product.

Comfortable and Effective
These slippers are working really well for me. They don’t feel super cold at first, which helps reduce the shock factor of putting something cold on my feet. But, once I have them on, the cold penetrates well and feels really good. I’ve been using them to treat nighttime neuropathy burning.

Stays warm for a while,,, they are awesome
My wife still suffers with neuropathy in her feet and hands at times, so I wanted to try these out. Following the directions she put them on her feet with socks on and at first said that they were a little warm, but you can feel them. I put my hand on them while her feet were under the blanket, and I could feel how nice and warm they were. After a few more minutes, she said that they feel great and now understood to give it a few minutes. We have other products that warm the feet, but when you need it now, this product is awesome. After, wearing them on her feet for a while, she took them off while they were still nice and warm and put them on her hands. She again said that they were great and was glad that I purchased them. When she was going through chemo during her breast cancer treatments, we had a product that was similar to this for the ice pack part and it was amazing, so I know if and when we use the ice pack part of it, it will be just a great as the heated part of it. Thank you for these slippers.

Do the job and that’s about it…
The items are satisfactory and fulfill their intended purpose. However, they lack a back strap, which affects their stability when using a knee scooter or while wearing them during sleep. Additionally, I have observed that they do not maintain a cold temperature for an extended period.

" I'm Getting Cold Feet"
Does it help reduce pain? Yes, it reduces inflammation, but you may need to wear socks, as it can cause a freezing sensation without them. A storage bag is handy for keeping them in the fridge. For me, it’s a convenient remedy for foot pain compared to ice baths. It’s a temporary solution, especially if you’re not ready to lose weight to ease the pressure on your feet like me.

Relief made easy
I’m in pt for plantar fasciitis. And just broke my big toe. This justified the purchase as I’m regularly icing my feet and have to get creative on how to do it. These are ahhhh-mazing. I go shorter bursts more frequently whereas before I felt like I had to leave the ice packs on longer to get any real benefit. They come with a nice bag to protect them from that weird freezer smell and are able to be used for heat as well. If you’re on the fence or have been wanting to try them they are great!!!!
