This is a great small building with fun accessories and brick colors. It’s LEGO compatible and I actually mixed some LEGO and MegaBlocks bits in after for a fun look. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I only wish the roof could’ve been attached somehow.

Wow, this set is amazing. The quality and fit is the closest to lego ive ever seen. For an adult this is a great set....for a kid not so much! I wouldn't buy this for anyone under 13yr old as it is very complex and there are many, many small pieces. The end product though is satisfying and a great display piece.

Well made bricks, Lego compatible. The directions throw you off a bit. I ended up doing wrong rows quite a few times

This is a decent LEGO-like set that comes nicely bagged and organized in several smaller bags (however, unlike LEGO which bags things in the order you’ll use them, the bagging of pieces here seems a bit random). The instructions are mostly clear but there were a few spots where it’s hard to follow exactly where a piece (or set of pieces) is going. There’s also a little bit of a perspective issue where some things seem small while others seem large. This isn’t a complaint about the building process itself but about the final product - the interior of the bait shop seems to have oversized things in it in relation to the size of things on the outside of the building. Still it’s a fun and slightly more involved build. My 5yo LEGO enthusiast enjoyed building it and only needed help a few times (when he did need help even I had a bit of difficulty understanding the instructions). Lots of extra pieces for the smaller pieces so no concern with misplacing an important piece.

The Brick Loot Bait and Tackle Shop Old Fishing Store Set - Custom Designed Model - Compatible and Fits LEG is a kit of a charming little building that fits in with anything seaside you might have assembled. It looks like a regular building on the front side but when you turn it to the back you can see right into the inside of the shop.The pieces are bagged up mostly by color and style, not by the order that you assemble them.The instructions are printed on a large fold out sheet with a small picture for every step. It is pretty easy to see where to place each brick but the important part is that each part you need for that step is listed so you know exactly which pieces you need. No confusion.There are some cute little fish and crab pieces to add [though one of the crabs was already trying to escape] and the sheet of stickers was taped to one of the bags so it wouldn't get lost.There is a brick tool included in the set which I always find very helpful.This is a set that will look great with my ships.

I had gotten this for my grandson for a fun project when he comes to stay at my house.Although he knows all about other ‘brick’ projects and characters(like Super heroes, etc), I thought this little build would be fun for us to do together. He’d never seen a Bait and Tackle shop before.He didn’t need my help at all. But this was great for ‘us’ to share while he did the building, because I got to explain all the parts and tell him about what the shop is actually used for.He really enjoyed putting this together.He’s so proud of his accomplishment plus he got to explain all about it to his little sister!I also like that it is compatible with all the standard brick brands he has. Plus it’s something different than LEGO offers.

Brick Loot Bait and Tackle Shop Old Fishing Store Set is a nice idea. The directions listed too many pieces together at the same time, making it difficult to follow. And worse yet, some pieces were missing. Also, many pieces were extremely hard to put together or if we managed to get them together they were misaligned. And while the concept is similar to LEGO, they don't snap together like the named brand.
