Used this product on a recent burn scar. Used for 6 weeks morning and night. Scar became larger. I waited 6 weeks to give product a chance, but now it is too late for a return.

Clean and it does amazing for scarring

Let me start off by saying, I know a thing or two about scar tissue. When I was a little girl, I suffered second and third degree burns over 40% of my body and last year had breast cancer surgery with reconstruction. Scar tissue can be unpredictable. While some injuries and surgeries seem to leave behind little evidence, others can form keloid scars. They can be painful when the weather is too cold, restrict movement and cause the curious to ask uncomfortable questions.Over the years I have used many creams, salves, oils, silicon scar tape, and such in an attempt to reduce those scars with varying results. This Scar Cream by Al'Ver is one of the better creams I have found, especially for the price. This cream is applied to a cleansed area and massaged in twice per day - morning and night. Realistically, you are not going to notice a drastic change in one day, or even a week or two. I have, after one month and for the sake of this review begun to see the scar tissue for my cancer surgery be less pink than it has been. According to the product information on the package, really the product should be given 2 -3 months before you see any kind of flattening.The ingredients are mostly natural. This cream, which is made in France, is actually low-scent and absorbs into the skin easily. It can be used not only on surgery and burn scars like mine, but also on stretch marks and redness on the face as it occurs in conditions such as rosacea. You really don't need a whole lot of this cream for each application, however to stay with the recommended treatment as advised on the package, I will probably have to re-order at some point. At just under $12, you really cannot go wrong.

I ordered this Scar Removal Cream, Stretch Mark Cream because I've had 4 children and have some stretch marks. They're not bad, relatively speaking, but they should be improved with use of creams. I also have a scar from a surgical biopsy, which could benefit from this cream. I've been using this cream for a couple of weeks and haven't seen much improvement, other than increased moisture of those areas I'm working on.I'm not sure exactly what's in this cream but I think crocodilian is one ingredient. There's no scientific proof this ingredient does anything but this cream is definitely getting good results. It also has anti-inflammatory ingredients,v which would seen to be imperative to reducing the appearance of both scars and stretch marks. The most important thing, in my opinion, is to consistently massage this cream into the areas twice daily for as long as it takes. Both massage and use of targeted creams are the key to success.I believe that with time and consistent attention to these areas my stretch marks and scar will improve. I've been using this cream twice daily with increased moisture and plumpness I'm these areas.I recently got a set of microneedling rollers on Amazon and I'm going to start using those on these areas in addition to the cream. I'm hoping that that will speed up the process. If you decide to use microneedling rollers, be sure to use a roller with 1.5mm needles. This is the depth of professional microneedling. Anything less won't provide the same dramatic results. Also, be sure to disinfect your roller after every single use to ensure you don't get an infection!If you have scars or stretch marks, and want them to be less apparent, it's really important to have excellent creams to use in those areas. It's especially important to have creams that are meant specifically for the reduced appearance of scars and stretch marks because they have the ingredients necessary for the reduction in appearance of scars and stretch marks! Generally that Includes anti-inflammatory ingredients and perhaps medical grade silicone. This cream is very affordable and within reach, financially, of most people.If you have scars or stretch marks and all m are looking for something to reduce their appearance, this is it! For yourself, or as a very thoughtful gift for someone you care about, this is a wonderful, scent free, cream.Highly Recommended!

This review is mostly on the product itself not on results as it’s to early to say how effective it is. I did try it on my arm where I have some stretch marks and it goes on smoothly and it has a light scent to it, it absorbs into the skin nicely. I am on a weight loss journey and got this to apply once I loose all the weight so I can apply to the stretch marks caused by the excess weight I lost. Will be updating with results once I start using regularly.

I like the lightweight and non greasy texture and consistency of this scar cream. It is water based and does not feel oily. I have been applying this to my healed C-section scar. My scar feels smoother and flatter than it was before I started applying this cream. The skin on and around my scar no longer itches because this cream is soothing and helps to prevent irritation.

This is supposed to help old scars with daily application in 6 months. So it is way too soon to report a difference in my old acne scars. I am using this with derma rollers and cupping. The smell is a little stronger than expected. My skin seems to be handling it ok. It is light but a little goes a long way. It leaves no residue.

This is a scar that's a few years old, so I wasn't expecting too much, but after about a month or so, I can see a slight reduction. It's not gone, but less noticeable and that's more than I'd hoped for. I'll keep using it, as I still have almost a full jar. I only use a tiny bit.
