Finally I found something that I can use!! I splurged on this supportive pillow and it is a game changer! I work at a desk for 8-9 hours per day and I found that I was slouching too much, so I purchased this pillow to help my posture and lower back pain.... and it truly has worked! I am a plus size lady and have a big booty and it aligns perfectly to help me sit up straighter and really supports my back! It has an adjustable stretchy strap that attached to the thick pillow to easily attach to your chair, which can be moved up or down, wherever you need the support. I love it! So far this is one of my favorite splurges and it is well worth the money!

This is an amazingly effective and supportive cushion. I was relegated to sitting with my feet up after a broken knee. For three months when I couldn’t walk, this pillow prevented me from getting back pain or any trouble. Even after I was able to start walking, I continued to use it, and it became essential to an afternoon nap – – I added another pillow on top for my head. Instead of cushioning the lumbar region, it provides most support to the back on either side of the spine, which is much better!

I ordered the seat cushion and this back support to use together for a very uncomfortable office chair.What I like:It's supportive to my back.Helps me retain my posture when working.Has a strap to hold it to the chair (see below).It pretty much fits the small chair I am usingWorks well with the seat cushion.The quality is good.Helps with back pain.What I don't like:The strap only tightens so far so if you have a small chair it won't stay put so I'm constantly adjusting it - it won't ever be tight enough to keep it where I want it. If I'm sitting against it, it'll pretty much stay but it's not completely ideal.The seat cushion was packed in a box but this came just in some plastic and that made me worry Amazon did it's thing of sending returned items as new - it looked new and didn't have any odor to it, but still that trust with Amazon isn't there any longer.I wish they had a 'set' price for the seat cushion and back cushion but they didn't for these two items I ordered.Super fast shipping (I do have Prime).Overall, I am happy with my order. The seat and this back cushion saved me from having to buy a new office chair.

I got this lumbar support cushion for a cross-country road trip I'm taking in June. I have tested it out a couple times doing 4 ish hour trips, and it already helps with my back pain! I have this paired with Cushion Lab's car seat cushion as well, and man do they go well together. Highly recommend!!

The cushion support was very good just too high for me to sit on in a task chair. It just was not the right fit for me.

Product may be good back support for some, but it felt like it was too hard for my back. It’s a quality product that almost doubled in price from what I gather from the other reviews. Going to see if I can find something less firm with a similar concept

It is a good lumbar support pillow. The only issue I have is that it keeps crawling below the seat cushion.
