These are quality resistance bands. They don't seem like they'll snap easily and don't roll up, but I haven't used them enough to tell if they'll wear or stretch out quickly. I can't leave too bad a review because the product is as described, but the bands are just not strong enough for my preference. The orange and red are light and medium resistance, respectively, and are basically worthless to me. You can stretch them with barely any strength. The blue (heavy resistance) is just ok, but still not strong enough for my type of leg work, which is what I intended to use the bands for. So I basically spent $10 on one just-decent band. These may be good for an elderly person or someone who needs light resistance all around, but not so much for people who want stronger resistance, especially for leg exercises.

These bands are great. I'm a big guy and the bands are sturdy and stand up to the stress I put them under.The only reason I'm rating them 3 stars is because the product did not come with the advertised exercise guide, which is one reason I bought it. Amazon shows the guide as a bound booklet, which led me to believe this is what I would receive. Instead, the "guide" I received is on the inside of the product insert and only contains a couple exercises (see the attached picture). The picture on Amazon is misleading and it should be shown as the product comes.

Somehow I never received my first order. I called Amazon and they refunded me. so, I placed my second order and it arrived on time. Not sure if it's an Amazon issue or vendor issue. I have used the red band so far and the color on the back of red band came off onto my sneaker when I do my foot and ankle exercise with it!! I tried to wash the back of the band with soap and water and hopefully the color won't come off as much. The vendor called me and confirm if I have received my order and follow up with the product and my review. Great customer service.

The bands themselves seem to be fine, but they show a new and improved guide book in the photo above and yet they don't send one. The guide you get is a single sheet of paper with about 6 exercises on it, folded a couple of times to make it look like something its not. I purchased these bands instead of others, because I thought it came with the guide they showed in the photo. Disappointed with the deception.

The bands width are narrower than expected, which was annoying for my wife, who has to use those for therapy exercises.While the description of the product shows the real band measurements 10" x 2", all pictures show a misleading bigger width size.Besides, do not expect a coil bind manual but a cheap paper brochure, the size of a letter sheet of paper (folded).I recommend switch to some other similar product here in Amazon.

I can't tell if the info for the bands is misleading or not but here goes. Quality wise the bands are solid. My complaints with the product are that first they are very short measuring just under 10 inches. This makes it difficult for me to do the upper leg exercises as the bands are "stretched" before I start working just to get my legs in them. Next, when the say "guide", what it really means is that it is a folded poster of activities NOT the book they show in the product photo. The guide BOOK was the primary reason I selected this set. But you get what you pay for. The bands aren't bad but I will need to supplement them thus making the affordable factor irrelevant.

When I first purchased the bands I thought that they would work well. I have used them a few times now in an exercise class that I instruct and found that the red bands color rubs off onto your clothing or skin. The blue and orange doesn't seem to rub off. I would get a different brand next time.

I just got these resistance bands and I already love them! They are of very high quality and at a great price! I’ve found that with exercise bands you typically get what you pay for and in this case it’s no exception. The bands price is about average in the market but at the top when it comes to quality. In the past my bands haven’t lasted long. Within a couple weeks I would already be able to see the bands stretching out and becoming less effective. After working out with them just a few times they are able to hold their shape and keep their strength. I highly recommend them!
