Absolutely no problem with the vendor but the product is terribly disappointing. I recognised wax lyrical as a brand name and thought would be good but the product has no scent at all. Very small bottle with five small sticks that cannot sit right in the small bottle. I have dipped them and dipped them in the oil but there is no scent whatsoever. I bought Vanilla flower and mandarin orange - both smell of nothing. Avoid.

I've been steadily burning through it bit by bit over the last month or so. Not big on maintaining the ultimate aesthetic candle look since I'm just here for the scent and the look of the flame.I can say that the scent is the best part of it, subtle and sweet. You could smell it but its not overly strong and doesn't give me a headache like several other candles I've tried. It stays in the air and in the fabrics, I think- sometimes I smell a whiff of the candle even after several days of not lighting it.Definitely get something to put below the candle when its near its end though. I didn't realise it with the orange scented candle from this same store, but it can and will stain the surface it is on unless you shield it with a tissue or plate. But overall not an issue in my opinion.

I bought the refill package after purchasing the same fragrance from a local shop. I was so disappointed, initially after opening I thought, not much of a scent, after two days I couldn't smell it at all even after turning the sticks several times. What I noticed about the first shop bought one is it didn't last long but the smell was amazing. I left this refill for one month in my bathroom and the level of "water" (this was all I could call it) didn't move so there was definitely a problem. It didn't cost much but then again it didn't work.

Was expecting the vanilla scent to be pronounced but it's quite mild. I love vanilla scent but this didn't quite satisfy my expectation.

Sent bien la vanille mais je m' attendais à ce qu' elle soit plus grosse. C est le problème des produits en photo c' est souvent trompeur. Donc un peu chère pour la taille de la bougie.

バニラの香りが心地よい。あまりこの香りの大きなものがないので見つけてよかった。

見た目もオシャレで長持ちです。リビングに花を添える感じ。

ただ残念です
