I have 4c African-American hair, Over a log sick period my hair got SO matted in places I felt I really was going to have to cut it down almost to the scalp. I'd used another equine brand in the past and got that - but it really didn't make my hair much easier to comb out I'd been laid up so long this time. So upset to face the big chop again I decided to try another brand before seeing barber. Guess what? UltraCruz was AMAZING! On my word, as soon as the product hit y hair I could feel tangles loosening as I gently massaged it in. At the end of full head detangling of 4c MATTED hair I had only a very reasonably small amoint of shed! I 'm no hardresser and no idea of long term or using too often, but after dematting my hair is stil strong and healthy! I HIGHLY reccommend for a human hair de-matt!

Love it I use it along side cowboy magic.

When we got our mare her tail was a tangled mess. This product did help but we still had to cut some of the knots out.
