Works so good
The media could not be loaded. This is my first electric scooter, but I did a lot of research before choosing this one. I wanted to do a real world distance test.Adult Male 140 lbs100% Charged ScooterI was able to ride to the end of a cement bike trail about 7 miles away and back. Came out to just about 14 miles.Still had 30% left on battery.I would recommend this for someone who want to get around and not get tired from biking or walking. You really can cover long distances in no time. I was able to keep up with fast bikers on the bike trail. I would say you still get a mild workout from using this device. You have to stand, take bumps, and be alert. If you have issues standing this might no be for you.Highly recommend this thing. Its fun and you'll enjoy it if its your first one. No regrets. I bought it before Christmas 2019 if that means anything to anyone.

Good looking scooter, terrible battery life
The scooter is well made and easy to assemble. The issue I have is battery life. The site says that the max weight is 264lb, but when I got the scooter - the manual says that the max weight is 220lb. So I think that's a bit misleading. I'm around 200lbs, so I'm still under it.Anyway, I took it out for a spin and the battery died within 3 miles!!! That's way less than the advertised 18.6 miles. Maybe if a young kid rode it - he might get a bit more out of it. But the description clearly says it's an "Electric scooter for adults".Needless to say, it's going back. I would advise potential buyers to stay away from this one.** 6 month update **Well, I wasn't able to return it as the seller wouldn't accept it, so I kept it. My daughter took it out again and it died in 1.5 miles. She's pretty light (125lb), so weight shouldn't be an issue. The problem now is that the charge indicator is completely misleading. It showed 3 out of 5 bars, and after 1.25 miles, it jumped to 2 bars, then within 50 feet it fell to 1 bar and in 10 feet it simply died !!!!As I've said earlier - stay away from this thing. I'm reducing it to 1 star; a product that does not even last six months is not worth purchasing......

doesnt go 18.6 miles
has five bars, says it goes 18.6 miles, I took it 4.8 miles going 15mph non stop at 12 am, after a 5 hour charge, at the end of the 4.8 mile trip, it had 3 bars going to 2, it was only a little over a quarter of what was said as far as distance, scooter does go fast though

Great bang for the buck and great customer service.
Got this to commute around the university campus. Worked like a charm. I ride at a 10 mph avg speed. 3 days avg per charge going about 15 miles distance. Smooth motor and going uphill is good if you have a running start but from a stop, it takes a while to get up to speed. Wear a helmet and zoom.

happy
The media could not be loaded. This product is awesome. It solves the problem of traffic jams on my way to school every day. The strength of the uphill is also very large and safe. Get on and off at any time. Suitable for children over ten years old.
