Thought it was Keto.... guess again
Well wish i had read little future. Package arrived no nutritional info on the bag. So I automatically did a google search and thought it would be 13g carbs per 100g. So experiment making yorkshire puddings..... they were epic my other half said they were better than Aunt Bessie. Then I made pizza delicious. I thought this evening I would leave feedback as I was so happy. Then I found a tab for additional dietary info.... 88.2g per 100g. Gutted least my vegan friend can use it :(.

Amazing value for the quality and quantity....
For over two years I have struggled to get arrowroot. Local shops don't even know what it is and all supermarkets except Tesco have stopped selling it. However, Tesco has stopped selling the tubs and instead sell Schwartz sachets of arrowroot. It comes in a pack of 5 sachets and each contains around 1/2 teaspoon of arrowroot. So, at around £2 the 5 sachets will thicken only one casserole etc. That is expensive! So, I thought I'd look on Amazon and see if it is sold here. To my surprise, I could get it and at less than £8 I could get 1kg. So, for the price of enough Schwartz arrowroot to make four sauces, I get a whole 1kg and that will last me quite some time. The quality is excellent and even though I was asked to rate the "flavour" it soesn't have any. That's why I prefer arrowroot over cornflour. Arrowroot is great for sweet and sour dishes and curries as it doesn't add any taste and it enhances the colour of the sauce, unlike cornflour that does alter the flavour of a dish and does discolour it. I highly recomment this arrowroot and highly recommend JustIngredients as this is the 2nd product I have bought and both have been excellent quality, great quantity and an excellent price. Buy this arrowroot and you will not be disappointed.

Alternative to Dry Shampoo
Using this as an alternative to dry shampo.Put some on a make up brush shake off excess. Then apply lightly to hair that needs refreshing. Its natural and better for your hair and the environment. You can also add a few drops of essential oil to give your dry shampoo a nice scent.I use lemon oil a few drops then mix it in well.I use a whisk.Smells divine.I store mine in a sealed jar but you can use a jam jar if it’s all you haveA bag this size will keep you in dry shampoo for approx 2-3years.

Love this product and it’s so versatile
This flour is always in my pantry it’s very versatile great for gluten free Yorkshire puddings1/2 cup of arrowroot flour1/2 cup of any milk I’ve used normal and dairy free such as coconut milk1 eggA punch of saltMakes 4 normal sized Yorkshire puddings if you want 8 just double the amount to 1 cup of each and 2 eggsHeat up butter again I use dairy free and then add a little to the mixture whisk again and then add to your Yorkshire pudding tin and into the melted hot butterThey are slightly lighter than normal Yorkshire puddings but my family prefer them they are honestly great give it a tryI also use this flour with others like cassava flour, chickpea flour and almond flour etc for baking with And again with great resultsIt does thicken sauces but you need to mix it with some water into a paste and then add it to your soup, stew or curry etc and leave cooking with it in for a while approx 30 minutes depending how much you’ve used and how much liquid there is in the meal. It takes a bit of time to work and thicken not as fast as cornstarch but it does work I have used it for a year now all the time

As Expected.
I've used this as a thickener and as dry shampoo, it works as expected.I would have given it 5 stars but the bag doesn't have any nutritional or allergy/cross contamination information. The best before end of the bag I ordered in Aug 2018 is 10/2020.

Not true arrowroot.
I received this today. It says Arrowroot on the label but I suspect it's not entirely what I have been sold. I have added it to my sauce and heated it and it does not thicken at all. Arrowroot is not meant to turn sauces cloudy but this has also turned my sauce cloudy. I am pretty sure I have been sold something that is NOT arrowroot. Have emailed Amazon for a refund.

Hmmmmm.....
Ok, it's good stuff, I use it for puddings and wheat free baking. Which means I can end up using a lot. But it is overpriced. A certain high street health store will charge you A LOT less.

Good value
I used this for home made deodorant and it worked well. My only issue is the bag does not reseal well- the zip-lock close doesn't stay shut.
