Extremely good value antenna
Extremely good value and this was easy to install and works very well. I use it to supplement a ClearStream antenna for most of my channels, but there were always 2 channels that I had difficulty receiving after cutting the cord, one a PBS channel and the other an ABC channel. It was important to me to receive both of these channels and I had been getting them intermittently with frequent pixelation. Since installing the Mediasonic antenna, aimed directly at the PBS channel, I was able to change the direction of the Clear Stream slighty, so that I now pick up the ABC channel very well, plus all the other channels I wanted. I get 32 channels now, very quickly and reliably and have no more cable bill. I live near a lake, surrounded by trees, about 50 miles from Charlotte and this antenna was the final piece to my cord-cutting puzzle. With my 32 channels, plus Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, and Acorn, I pay less than $45/month for TV, compared to over $100 per month I was paying. I wouldn't be without Netflix and Amazon Prime, even if I still had cable, so essentially I'm saving over $75/month by cutting the cord.

Works like a champ!
Received my antenna last month, and finally had a chance to set it up. Installation was a breeze. Mounted it on the old Dish pole, which is only about 4 feet high. As of right now, it is picking up 39 channels. I live 30 to 48 miles from any local networks, all of these channels come in crystal clear. Was using an indoor Leaf antenna, and it would pick up 16 channels, if I was lucky, and the majority of the time they would have interference and become scrambled. Have not experienced any bad weather yet, so not sure how that will affect the signal. I do plan on mounting it on the roof soon, to see if I can pick up even more. So far, I am very impressed with this little antenna. $20 very well spent!

Great Value...Works Well in Suburbia
I bought this small antenna to replace a much older and larger model that was damaged in a storm earlier this year. I live on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, so my signal is not particularly weak, but I still need an outdoor antenna to bring all my channels in without an occasionally pixelated mess. So, far this works great. Great signal on UHF channels, and okay (some marginal) signal on H-VHF, even though it's not rated for that. I have no problems with any of the channels breaking up, and I have this installed on a splitter which goes to 4 televisions and an FM radio receiver.Note: Unlike other TV antennas I have installed, this antenna comes unassembled. Assembly was relatively easy, even though I had no instructions in my box (I bought it used from Amazon Warehouse Deals). Installation was a cinch; this antenna is small and light, and I was easily able to manage the install solo...something I could not do with a larger antenna. I ended up using a universal J-pole mount, and mounting it to the window facing outside my living room. My front porch is adjacent, so, if I have any issues, I can just walk outside rearrange, right, and turn as needed. I used the wiring from my long gone cable service to run it to my televisions, so it was just a matter of tightening up the coax at the antenna and the box.Overall, this antenna is a great buy for urban and suburban people. It picks up the signal well, is lightweight and easy to install, and let's face it, it's downright CHEAP to buy. I would recommend it highly for anyone who doesn't live in a fringe area.

All you need, don't spend more.
I was debating on this antenna versus the more expensive ones, am I glad I chose this one especially for the price. I live in the city so I didn't even have to adjust the direction of antenna, it picked up all the major networks and some, clear as day. Install took less then 15 minutes including assembly. Bracket attaches to direct TV satellite pole easily like other reviewers confirmed. I previously owned the indoor amplified antennas they sell at wally world for double the price of this bad boy and reception was horrible. Every time I changed the channel it required the antenna direction to be adjusted and the cables were an eye sore. Finally ditched that! I don't know what the difference between this outdoor antenna and the other more expensive ones on Amazon is but this one does the job and does it well. Would definitely recommend. On a side note I have a Samsung smart TV which picked up all the channels and displayed them on a guide with show names and times similar to Direct TV and Comcast guides.

Agreed, incredible antenna at an amazing price
Uh, ya. It's awesome. Called my satellite provider today and cancelled. This month was the end of my two year contract. I tested this antenna inside the house and picked up 40 channels. As others did, I put this up on the post of the satellite dish that was already on the roof, and used the coax that was already run to my TV :) That's the greatest part, if you've got satellite don't bother buying new coax or a new mounting post (like I did). Just use what's already installed.Picked up 87 channels and this thing isn't even at the apex of my roof. Half of these channels I won't watch, but still. Wow. Amazed. Highly recommended antenna here. Also, there's a free app out there that shows you where the transmission towers are, and uses your phones compass to help point your antenna in the the right direction. I may still use the mounting post I bought and go ahead and try this at the tip top of my roof...just to see if it get's still more channels.Added some photos...Lovin' it!

OK Deal
Came in new condition with required hardware except for lock washers. Had to go out and get stainless washers and lock washers to ensure my satellite dish stays put once the signal was locked in.

Seems good!
I've yet to install it, but it seems pretty straightforward. The build quality looks to be very good so I don't anticipate any problems with it. We'll see how it survives numerous Canadian winters!
